Now that 2022 has ended I wanted to share some market statistics from the past 6 months. The graphics give you information for single-family homes in Anchorage, single-family homes in Eagle River, and condos in Anchorage. What I’m noticing is that days on market are slightly longer but it’s still a very strong market with homes selling for almost the list price (above list for condos). We are not seeing any indications of a crash that people have been fearful of. And mortgage rates have gone down a bit which should keep the market fairly strong.
